Another incredibly powerful moving book. Easy to read but long lasting. It will move your heart.

You are such a warm but honest writer/feeler. I love the expression "like crap through a goose." Just precious. Who could forget that in their next bought of negativity. Not me!!! Negative thought hits and I'll be hearing in my head, "let it pass like crap through a goose". : ) : ) Wonderful, wonderful insights, visual tools and enthusiasm. Oh such good thoughts. I am going to send my friends to these posts. So many of us can use this refreshing clean energy. Bless you for being who you are. AND for making the choices that got you there and that keep you there. AND...allow you to share it with others. : )

very true. i think that pain must be the one factor that can destroy an appreciation of life.

but...an appreciation of the process of life, rather than an anticipation of an end or end result. In some way to forget the 'big picture' and focus and enjoy the detail.

but then, we are conditioned to aim for end results and neglect the journey toward them.

thank you for your words of sense
